  • Extras: € 20 per day for one extra person. Final cleaning of flat is included in price but the kitchen must be left clean and tidy.

  • Deposit: € 130 refundable once bill for breakages has been paid.

  • Booking: 30% deposit full payment on arrival.

  • Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday (excluded period 19/5-16/6) with arrival after 4 pm and departures before 10 am.

  • Prices include VAT, air conditioning, normal use of water, electricity, gas, daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathroom (except Saturday) bed linen, bath linen changed during week, tax not included if it is introduced.

  • Small pets are allowed with previous permission they are not allowed in the comunal areas.
